Painted Meadow – Wildflower Print Silk Ethnicwear

Painted Meadow started with one image: a field of wildflowers, caught mid-bloom, before anyone got round to picking them. That's the feeling this Pre-Festive '26 edit is chasing — hand-illustrated florals, soft botanical linework, colour that's warm more than it is loud. Every print began life as a hand-drawn sketch, long before it touched fabric. You can tell. It doesn't look like a floral pulled off a stock library.

The edit sits across two main silhouettes — printed floral kurta sets and ethnic co-ord sets — with a handful of kaftans mixed in for anyone who wants ease over structure. Colours run mustard, ochre, sage, teal, berry, rust, cobalt — closer to an actual meadow than a curated trend report. Most pieces are cut in silk, and the drape is doing real work here. Silk catches light differently than a flat cotton print does, so even a fairly detailed floral ends up reading as texture and movement rather than pattern stacked on pattern.
